RaNdOm UpDaTeS!

Ok so first I must start off by saying that I have such good intentions of updating my blog a lot more often than I do but just like what happened five minutes ago when I started my two month backtracking of previous posts my computer decides that it needs to freeze and crash and kick me out of what I was doing so all of my work was lost! GRRRRR! Therefore there will probably not be any new posts with pictures until we get a new computer which will hopefully be soon and then there will be an overload of new posts, so many that it might take you days to catch up on our exciting lives, or if you care at all to read it there might be something fun finally!
Just a little update on us. Like I mentioned in my last post, Roger graduated with his Bachelors Degree in General Studies with a minor in Business and we couldn't be happier. He will get his diploma in May when all of the others graduate and I am going to have a big dinner party for him to celebrate since it was so crazy during the holidays. While I'm on Roger, he is still busy at the college trying to keep the Activity Center profitable so that he still has a job with all of the cuts that the state is making and that keeps him pretty busy. He is back after the Christmas break coaching again and getting ready for some pretty big games coming up in the next couple of weeks. He is hoping to take his team to State again and is working hard with the boys to accomplish that. He loves being back into coaching again and does such a good job teaching and being a role model for those boys.
On to me I guess, my life isn't very exciting, my days are spent watching Little Einsteins and Sesame Street with the munchkin and trying to keep up with her little whirlwind personality, she never holds still. My Great Grandma Verna passed away on Jan. 4th at the age of 95 and I'm happy that shes finally back with her husband after 25 years of being apart. We got to go see her right after Christmas before she passed. She was asleep the whole time but I'm glad that Macee got to see her one last time. She kept saying, "Mama night night ssshhhhh." It was so cute to see her innocence, and then again when we say her at the viewing after she passed she kept saying it again, "Mama night night ssshhhhh." When she would see people crying and sad and wiping their nose and eyes she would look at me and want a tissue and she would wipe her eyes and say, "Mommy sad." It was so cute and sincere that she was concerned that people were sad and crying.
Macee is still as busy and active as ever, like I said she never holds still and is always on the go, she loves to "cook" in her new kitchen that she got for Christmas and she loves to read books and draw and watch all of her "shows"! She loves to be the center of attention and is turning out to be a little ham! She is starting to talk a lot more and catches Roger and I off guard with some of the random things she says sometimes! I am going to start a little thing on my side bar so that I can remember some of the funny things that she says so I can tell her when she gets older! She will be 2 1/2 at the end of February and I can't believe how fast time has gone by! Shes supposed to be a tiny baby still but I love her and wouldn't trade her for the world!
We had a really good holiday season, we went to Park City with my moms side of the familyfor Thanksgiving and spent a couple days there up in a condo. It was a lot of fun and Macee loved being able to play with and be entertained by all of her older cousins. I loved it too because we had built in baby-sitters! Macee had her little dance recital in Dec. and looked so cute and did so good! She is going to be a good little dancer thats for sure. (I was doing a post about this when my computer died so it will be to come!) Christmas was busy, we had a little dinner party with my friends from high school and brought our hubbies this year and it was fun to see everyone and catch up again.
We decided to spend Christmas morning at our house this year since we've always traveled and it was fun but really hard for me since I have always spent it with my family, but Macee enjoyed waking up in her own bed and opening presents! She loved everything and didn't want to move on to the next gift because she was so excited about the one she had just opened! She got a lot of fun things including her play kitchen and a tent that we have set up that she takes her babies in and plays. We were all spoiled as usual and were very blessed. We spent New Years Eve at my parents and just relaxed and played games! We're pretty boring I guess!
If you're still reading this and I haven't bored you to death yet, I promise to try not to neglect my blog as long as my computer cooperates with me! I hope everyone is doing well and may the New Year bring you all much happiness! Love, Holly

I thought you had given up on blogging which I was going to get mad at you for since that was one of the stipulations for letting you move. :) Glad to hear that things are going so well. I can only imagine our cute Macee and all her funnies.
