In the meadow we can build a snowman!

This is what happens when its too cold to go outside and make a snowman with the kids, we made our own version of Frosty. It was so much fun and we're going to do it again! Thanks again H.

Tomorrow, Tomorrow I Love Ya...

I had to put this on here so I don't forget it and we had such a good laugh over it I wanted to share!
Macee has an obsession with the movie Annie! We watch it at least once a day and she sings all the songs from it ALL day long! We were sitting in sacrament meeting yesterday and Roger had his head in his hands and was dozing off a little bit. Macee taps me on the leg and whispers, "Daddy Warbucks is sleeping!" I immediately burst out laughing while still trying to contain myself and get Roger's attention so that I could tell him what she said! I finally composed myself enough to tell him what she said and he laughed too, Macee just sat there with a smirk on her face like she knew exactly what she said and was proud of it!
We got home from church and I said, "Macee come and tell me what you want for lunch." She looked at me and said, "I'm not Macee I'm Annie!" She wouldn't answer to anything but Annie so I said to her, "Well if you're Annie and daddy is Daddy Warbucks then who am I?" She looked at me with that same little smirk and said "You're Miss Hannigan!" I knew it was coming and we all just burst out laughing! I told her that if I was Miss Hannigan than she better start saying "I Love you Miss Hannigan" so now she calls me Miss Hannigan and Roger Daddy Warbucks! I can't believe the little imagination that she has lately but I'm loving it and loving that she has her own little personality and sense of humor! She keeps us laughing all the time!

AnOtHeR GirL!

We found out yesterday that we're having another baby girl! We are so excited, she looks great and a little bit alienish but we couldn't be happier! (well Roger could be a little happier if it was a boy, but he is still very excited and has come to terms with the fact that we might not ever get a boy so he will have a girls basketball team instead of boys!) She definitely gave us a very clear shot and we are 100% that she is all girl! Macee is very excited to have a baby sister and I am excited to have another little girl to dress up with bows and cute clothes!

Here's a sneak peek at my little cowgirl on her grandpas horse.

I have so many pictures that I just downloaded and I am so behind on blogging. We've been busy trying to get everything for our new house picked out and making sure its all getting done that I haven't been able to think about anything else! All I can say is I can't wait until papers are signed and we sleep there in our bed for the first time! I never realized how stressful building a house can be and I don't want to do it again for at least 10 years! We're supposed to be done by the end of August but I'm thinking we probably won't be able to move in until the first couple weeks in Sept. so I'm crossing my fingers that everything comes together quickly!

Macee is starting dance again tomorrow and can't wait! She loves every minute of it and is good at it so I hope she continues to love it! I am going to be doing a preschool with 6 other moms starting in Sept. and Macee is so excited to "Go to Preschool!" We had our meeting to plan everything today and she had to hurry and come home and get her backpack ready and all of her "supplies". She would go tomorrow and everday after that if she could! She loves to learn and I am excited to be able to do this with her. She is very excited about having a new baby in our family too! She talks about "the baby" all the time and loves when people ask her about it. She will be a great big sister and a really big helper to me!

Roger is still training for the St George Marathon in Oct. so we'll see how that goes! He's been busy with work and all of the new students coming back and hiring all of his new workers. I think he'll be glad when this week is over so he can get back to his job instead of doing job interviews all day.

I am just keeping busy with Macee and trying to make sure our house building is going smoothly (which it's not!) and trying not to get too stressed out about everything! Hopefully after we get settled and winter gets here I will be able to catch up on blogging but I wouldn't be so sure of myself because I'm a year behind so we'll see!

AlWaYs An AdVeNtUrE...

My friend Harmonie and I are always find ourselves laughing and shaking our heads and talking about how our lives with our kids are "Always an Adventure." She has 4 kids and I have Macee and our kids love (most of the time) to play together. They came over the other night and the kids were playing in the water that was running down the road. Pretty soon they were all in their underwear and loving every minute of it! Thanks for the fun times and lots of laughing H.

Oh and I almost forgot we had a streaker running around the neighborhood!

CuTe PicTurE...

Macee has been waiting to tell everyone her secret, so now here it is! We are so excited and have waited a long time for this little one! I am 14 weeks and due in January! Oh and Macee says there's a baby horsey in mommy's tummy, so let's all hope she just has a good imagination!

fUn ThiNgs

Macee and her little "girl friends" were playing the other day and they were being cute and really getting along so H. and I went and she took their pics. I think they turned out really cute!

This "wiggle car" was Macee's reward for being potty trained! She loves it and rides all over the place! She still has an accident every once in a while but for the most part she's a "BIG GIRL NOW" YAY!

Spring Dance Recital...

I wanted to get this posted but none of my pictures will upload so I will keep trying.

Macee had her Spring Dance Recital and she did so good! They did 3 little dances and they were so cute. She loves the rabbit dance they did with the ears and she goes around the house wanting me to sing "I'm a Little Teapot" so she can dance to that one. At the end of the last dance after the music stopped Macee threw her arms up in the air and said "TA-DA" as loud as she could! It was really funny and made everyone laugh and clap! At the very end they gave out special awards and Macee recieved an Outstanding Achievement Award and she was really proud of it. She loves going to dance and now that its over she bugs me all the time to go to dance, and since its over we do our own dancing around the house!

I had to make a post about this so that Macee can remember who her friends are/were when she gets bigger. My good friend asked me to watch her kids a couple weeks ago while she went to a class and Macee is always asking me to play with "the kids" so I told her to bring them over. She loves to play but is still learning how to share HER toys. They actually got along really good that day and they were all playing in her room. It got really quiet and that can bever be a good thing so I went in to see what they were doing and {this} is what I found! They all thought they were SOOO funny and couldn't help but smile and giggle while I was trying to get a picture of them! Thanks for coming to play "S. GANG"!

Here's the "Sleeping Beauties"!

And I can't leave out my little friend "J"! He's so funny!

Macee had a little lamb... or not!

So we thought it would be fun to take Macee to see Grandpa Watsons little lambs and it was finally not raining so we went. Well little did we know that she is not so fond of the fuzzy little things unless she's a good 25 feet away from them! She didn't want them anywhere near her. Roger decided to see if he still had his mad lamb catching skills {see pictures} and tried to show them to Macee and she had an absolute meltdown! It was hilarious to say the least! As you can see there are no pictures with Macee and the lambs so maybe next year she might get a little closer... maybe!

He's closing in on them...

Almost got em'...

The end result! Look how proud!

PoTtY UpDaTe...

So a little update on our potty training... Macee was completely trained as far as the pee goes after the three days! YAY!!! She pretty much tells us when she needs to go and she wakes up dry every morning! The poop has been a different story though! She is afraid to go in the toilet so she goes in her underwear! UGH! I am so happy with the progress she has made and I am so happy that it only took three days, so now hopefully we can get #2 down and we will be set! Happy Pottying!

PoTtY TrAiNiNg...

So I'm writing this so that I can hold myself accountable to everyone that reads this and for my own personal satisfaction when it actually happens I can look back at this and say that I actually did it.
Macee has really had NO interest in going potty on the "big girl pobby" as she calls it. We have tried for the last 6-9 months to get her interested in it and trying to catch her going so that we can take her to the potty, offering bribes, letting her watch me go so she can see what she is supposed to do, (which by the way, she always claps and tells me Dood Job Mommy! and gets so excited for me) She has only gone pee on the potty twice and she still doesn't want anything to do with it.
My sister-in-law found a website for a book that guarantees to have your child potty trained in 3 days and she gives one on one advice along with the purchase of her book and answers any questions that you might have along the way, even if its a year down the road. I decided to sucker into it and bought it and really like what I read and how she approaches the whole process. Its mostly common sense stuff but she gives you step by step instructions and she helps support you through the process.
We will be starting this tomorrow if I can get Roger to read the book today so he can help me but I am very excited and hope that this time it clicks with her and she can be a big girl now! Wish me Luck and lots of Patience! I will update later on our potty progress!

Better late than never...DiSnEyLaNd!!!!

Cinderella! Macees favorite Princess!

Cinderella thought Roger was funny!

Our Family. ~Disneyland 2009~

So I officially took 450 pics on our trip to California and I was going to make a slide show but it is sooooo slow that I just picked a few of my favorites for now and I will try and make one or post the rest on my facebook. We had so much fun on our trip. We left really early Sun morning and got to Cali about 2:00 pm. We decided to go to the beach since we would be at Disneyland the other days. There were soooo many people there because it was Sun. but we didn't mind and Macee LOVED the ocean. We couldn't get her to leave! She had a lot of fun trying to find seashells with her daddy. Monday we got up early and went to Disneyland! It was soo hot that day but we had a lot of water and had a ton of fun. I felt like I was pregnant again because my legs were REALLY swollen but oh well. The very first thing that Macee saw was the carousel and it was all over after that! She loves that thing and asked for the horses the whole time we were there. Any time we walked by it we had to take her and go it. It makes me sick to ride it so poor Roger got stuck taking her every time! I think they went on it at least 10 times! We went and had dinner with the Princesses on Mon. night and Macee loved it. She couldn't concentrate on eating because she was so excited to see Cinderella! She is her favorite and Roger even got his pic taken with her! We got to see Mickey 3 times and we got to see a lot of other characters too. Macees favs were the Princesses, Mickey, Minnie, Tigger and Pooh and the Playhouse Disney puppets at California Adventure. We went and rode some of the rides there and watched the Pixar Parade that was really fun and they had water and got everyone wet, it felt good since was soo hot! We spent Tues. & Wed. in the parks too and rode a lot of rides and had a lot of fun. We drove home Thur. and stopped and got to see some of our friends in St George! We got home really late but it was worth it. I don't know how much of it Macee will remember about the trip but I am going to make her a little book with all of the pics in it so that she will see how much fun we had! Hopefully we can make this a tradition and go every year!

It seems like yesterday sometimes and then if feels like forever sometimes, but I wouldn't change it! Roger has been with me through a lot, even before we were married and I knew at that point that he would be the one I would be with forever! Happy Anniversary Roger!

Thank you for supporting my shopping addiction, and for being so giving and self-less to me! Thank you for being my rock and for making me laugh! You are a great person and an even better husband and daddy! I Love You!

Happy Birthday to Me...

So I am officially the big 26! It seems like a blah in-between birthday! I share my birthday with my grandpa and I told him this was a blah birthday and he said, "at least you're not 71, thats really blah!" I guess he has a good point! :) We didn't do anything special but it was nice just to take Macee to the park and let her play. We went out to dinner while we were up north with my family. It was a lot of fun. Roger told me he was going to cook me dinner so I requested ribs and twice baked potatoes! It was delicious. He is a good cook when he wants to be! I got a new camera for my gift and I love it! I am also going clothes shopping with my money that I got for our Cali trip! My parents came down and spent lunch with me and my dad made me some awesome shadow boxes! I had a great b-day! Thanks everyone!
My requested dinner! It was Delicious!!!

Roger fixed me dinner and lunch! (In my apron!)

My mommy made my favorite cake! Yum!

Macee helped me blow out the candles!

PhOtO sHoOt...kinda

So it was finally a nice day yesterday, so we took Macee to the park to play and to try out my new b-day present. I think they turned out pretty good for an amateur, keep in mind I am no professional... yet! Tell me whatcha think!

One of my favs!

Looking for daddy...

Isn't she precious?

P.S. If anyone knows how to use PhotoShop and would like to teach me I'm a great student!
